Business as Usual
I was having a rough day and to top it off I was late to my appointment <- which I felt terrible about since its rude and somewhat disrespectful (I feel) to keep people waiting as a late patient can throw off the rest of the offices day. Yet somehow after leaving the dentist (a place which like most people I used to loath), I was actually in a happier mood on top of the fact that I got my teeth checked, cleaned, and taken care of. Not too many people can say that about their dental visit. Happy Holidays to all the Great people at D20 Dental! See ya in 6 months!:o)

My first crown
Anonymous
I have to be honest and say I was a bit nervous prior to the procedure. I have never had a crown done before. I was nervous for nothing, the staff was extremely friendly and the procedure went as smooth and as pain free as possible.

Great First Visit

I enjoyed my first visit to the office yesterday. I appreciated everyone's hospitality and kindness. I admired how clean the office was and how staff utilized the up-to-date technology. I would recommend you guys to anyone who is looking for a new dentist and I look forward to my next visit.

Great work

I tried this dentists office based on some Yelp reviews. I hadn't been to a dentist in a year and a half. When I walked in, I found the lobby to be designed as a cross between a lounge bar and an Apple store. Neither places I would spend time normally, but for a dentists office it exuded a clean and organized aura. The staff are super friendly and helpful. After my cleaning and high-tech diagnostics - this is clearly a 21st century dentists office - they informed me I needed some crowns and replacement fillings. It was rather expensive, but they were very helpful sending me all of the diagnostic results so that I could get second opinions and quotes from other dentists. I decided to come back here to get the work done. So far these visits have been far better than I would expect from a typical dentist. They have several options for mitigating pain and have headphones and goggles that you can watch movies on while they work. It really helps just to be distracted while they work. Also, they are able to create the crowns in 30 minutes during your visit, so you don't have to wear a temporary crown and come back weeks later to put the real one on. All done in one visit. Finally, some folks have put thought and effort into making a visit to the dentist suck as little as possible! I hope it catches on.

Easy and caring

Dr. Wong and staff were caring and kind during my recent visit. I usually am sedated during procedures but am currently nursing so I chose to go it sans medicine. The staff was very accommodating in easing my fears and making it the best experience a trip to the dentist's offfice can be. They provided video goggles, noise canceling headphones and took extra care with me. The office is clean and modern. The staff is friendly, professional and great at what they do!
